Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used beauty tools

  • Opened personal care products

  • Items damaged through normal use

  • Final sale items

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, SELÉA Studio may offer:

  • a refund to the original payment method,

  • a replacement,

  • an exchange,

  • or store credit.

Depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances of the request, SELÉA Studio reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

SELÉA Studio reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return activity, fraudulent behavior, or violations of this policy.
